From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. A special thank you goes to Sofia, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. She was incredibly helpful, supportive, and always available to assist with anything we needed. Her warm and friendly attitude made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We really appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail throughout our stay. Highly recommended – we will definitely be coming back!

Good location, normal prices, friendly professional staff

Hotel is at excellent location, staff is amazing. Friendly and supportive 24/7. After reported issue with A/C device in my room, got another one without problem. Even staff transfer my luggage to the another room. Warm recommendation. Would really like to see hotel upgraded.

Very good location, 10 minutes from Puerta del sol,in one direction and from Cibeles, Retiro park and Prado museum on the other. Almost on the Gran Via, but very quiet street. Very clean room. Very friendly staff! Shops open 24h just aroundd corner ( for drink,water, and such things). Safe neighbourhood!
